EstateVistra Pay Rent – Key Terms & Conditions

Our Role:

EstateVistra provides a platform for registered users to make rental payments via its Website and Mobile App. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). EstateVistra is not a financial institution and does not participate in the landlord-tenant relationship nor assumes any responsibility for transactions.

KYC Requirements:

EstateVistra may require documents to verify authenticity of transactions and the landlord-tenant relationship. Examples include Rent Agreement, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and other relevant documents. Failure to submit KYC verification may result in transaction delays or cancellation.

Authorization:

By linking wallets or completing transactions on the platform, users authorize EstateVistra to debit their account and transfer funds to the beneficiary. Refunds are possible only if transactions fail to complete due to technical errors.

Transaction Terms:

Users are responsible for transaction accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. EstateVistra may delay, suspend, or reject transactions in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Liability:

EstateVistra is not liable for disputes between users, landlords, or financial institutions. Users must independently resolve disputes arising from incorrect details or unauthorized transactions.

Suspicious/Fraudulent Transactions:

Users must immediately notify EstateVistra if they suspect any fraudulent transaction. EstateVistra reserves the right to block or reverse transactions pending investigation.

Refunds & Chargebacks:

Refunds are subject to transaction failure or technical issues. No refunds once money is credited to the beneficiary’s account. Chargebacks may occur if transactions are disputed, unauthorized, or reversed by banks.
